Ned Mcwherter Scholarship - The Ned McWherter Scholarship Program is the perfect way for Tennessee students to get the financial support they need to pursue their educational goals. Established in 2012, the program awards up to $5,000 a year for four years to eligible students who demonstrate excellent academic achievement and financial need. The scholarship is provided by the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation in honor of the late Governor Ned McWherter and his commitment to education.
